Most plumbing disputes start with assumptions. This page removes them: every fee we can legally bill is published below. If it's not here, it's not on your bill.
Travel & Assessment Fees

Covers travel, diagnostics, pressure testing. Billed regardless of outcome. Quoted before dispatch. We don't build travel into hourly rates — you only pay for the travel you need.

Customer's responsibility
We stock, source, and warranty every part we fit. The markup covers the time spent sourcing correctly — not just the part itself.
Why a bill can exceed the minimum
The minimum standard job is visit + first hour ≈ LKR 6,000. Most jobs land higher because of:
- Parts — priced at the markup above, never more
- Equipment rentals — at cost, never marked up
- Scope reclassification — a "blocked drain" that turns out to be a sewer line is billed at sewer rates — and we tell you before we switch
- After-hours +40% — confirmed on the call before we move
Nothing else can appear on your bill. If it's not here, it's not charged.
Pricing FAQ
Can I get a fixed price before you come?
For visible work (tap swap, heater install) yes — WhatsApp a video. For hidden work (drains, sewers, concealed leaks) no one can honestly quote before opening the wall. We assess on site, confirm the rate with you, then start.
If you detect AND repair a leak, do I pay twice?
No. Detection + repair in one visit is billed as ONE job: one visit fee, one continuous labor clock.
What about "while you're here, fix this too"?
On-site additions are a separate job. The tech confirms the addition with dispatch, quotes it to you, and only then starts it. Work outside the confirmed scope is not covered by the workmanship shield.
Why is sewage work so expensive?
Biohazard protection, jetting equipment, and unpredictability. The LKR 18,000 minimum exists so you never get a "surprise" invoice bigger than the quote.
What if I think the price is unfair after the job?
Every rate on your bill maps to this page. If a line item isn't published here, we remove it. If it is, it stands — you approved the scope before work started.

- Plumbing is unpredictable; I pay for actual work at published rates
- Parts and rentals are billed per the tables above
- On-site additions need my confirmation and are billed separately
- I will not dispute charges after service based on my own assumptions
