Waterproofing fails at preparation, not at the product. Old grout, dust, trapped moisture and unfilled cracks turn expensive membranes into expensive paint. Our scope starts with stripping and prepping the surface, then the system: membrane or cementitious coat for slabs and balconies, tile-level regrouting and sealing for bathrooms where the substrate is sound.
Where the problem is structural — water moving through a slab from the other side — chemical injection systems are the right tool, and we quote them per m² with the cure schedule stated up front. Multi-visit by nature; the quote says how many visits and why.

Balcony and bathroom waterproofing are the two most common jobs — both fail at the edges, not the center.

A flood test after the membrane sets is not optional — twenty-four hours of standing water proves what eyes cannot.
What to Do Before We Arrive
- Stop using the shower or balcony until we look — a dry substrate tells us far more than a wet one.
- Clear bottles, mats and furniture so the whole surface can be inspected.
- Note where water appears relative to the wet area — leaks travel sideways before they drop.
- If tiling is scheduled, tell us now — membrane work happens before tiles, never after.
